Terms & Conditions of Use – February 11th 2019

1.) Our offer is aimed exclusively at professionals or companies. As an end customer, please contact your photobooth provider directly if you are interested.
2.) All sales (credits & flatrates) are final. We reserve the right to change prices and packages. In case of a price increase, no additional payment will be requested for the booked period (12 months maximum). Likewise, no reductions are granted for price reductions. The prices valid at the time of booking apply. All prices are plus 19% VAT.
3.) Our services can be paid in the form of credits or flatrates (depending on the volume). Credits have a validity of 24 months from purchase, within which they must be used up. After that they lose their validity. Through a new acquisition of credits, the older credits will automatically be valid again for a full 24 months. Flatrates are valid only while the subscription is running. Flatrates are cancellable either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you chose.
4.) All content on layoutboxx.com and / or the layout designer is protected by copyright. The content is intended exclusively for the user (you) to be able to create layouts intended for a single customer each. It is not permitted to download or extract and otherwise use the layouts or cliparts without personalization, or to provide them in any form to other users, whether free of charge or for a fee, without our express written consent.
5.) In compliance with these Terms and Conditions of Use and payment by a payment method provided by us, we grant you a non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to access and use in the commercial sector. The contents may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, resold or sold.
6.) We expressly reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in these terms and conditions.
7.) For self-uploaded designs or layouts and clipart we assume no liability. Please clarify yourself the respective rights of use. LayoutBoxx.com may only be used within the legally permitted scope.
8.) By creating an account you have 4 weeks to test this extensively. If you want to continue using the account, you must either purchase credits or complete a flatrate subscription. Otherwise the account will be deleted.
9.) Should it come to an abusive use that harms us or other licensors or violates German or international laws and / or rights, we reserve the right to close the affected user account. All credits will then be deleted, as well as any uploaded layouts & cliparts will be deleted.
10.) You are required to keep your password secret. Sharing an account with other users is not allowed. If we find a violation, the account with all credits & uploaded files will be deleted irrevocably.
11.) You must not use LayoutBoxx.com to damage our service. We reserve the right to block & delete suspicious accounts.
12.) Applicable is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should one or more parts of these terms and conditions be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining parts.
